Amazing that UP is using locks that can be cut. They should have a lock box around the lock to protect it from bolt cutters. Hire the "Lock Picking Lawyer" as a consultant to secure the containers.

Soon enough the insurance should cure UP of going through LA. Problems with ships packing up at the ports and some percentage of the freight being stolen? Don't go through the area. I am sick of hearing how it can't be changed. If the freight is not getting through it already isn't getting through. Gascon won't allow the proper solution of arrest and prosecution. So, don't go through LA.

Oh, it's 5 million bucks, just like credit cards, acceptable loss.
