Clifton has moved up a little, and looks good over the long term.
Checking out other "silver juniors", such as avino, golden panther,
and a couple of others, I don't find one that has really moved much.
Of course, the Sunshines, Heclas, etc. all have moved because of their
visibility. I plan to do a bit more digging in this sector.
