I wrote right here in SI why it was a load of bunkum. I'd have to search for my posts but I believe it was right here in Lindys zone, or maybe it was Foreign Affairs. It turned out I was right and the Military Intelligence was wrong = not at all surprising after decades of having the same experience.
Later, I was surprised to read the USA legal definition of WMDs which I assume was created years afterwards. The bomb club I was in when I was about 10 would have been a major terrorist organisation in the modern definitions.
It's amazing that Fauci is still not in prison. Along with Hunter, Joe, Clapper, Brennan, and about a dozen to start. Comey, Clinton, Nuland, Obama, .... swarms of them.
The Ukrainians (Yulia etc ) might greatly regret going along with the revolution, coup, and attempting to boot Russia out of Crimea. It has been 8 years of tragedy so far. Maybe going to get really bad soon.
