One possibility for those numbers, that has already been discussed, is that the unvaccinated are developing naturally immunity at a faster rate than the vaccinated (IE the being vaxed is possibly inhibiting natural immunity). So Omicron comes along and at first the hospitalization and death rates are higher amongst the unvaxed, but then it quickly burns through the small group of unvaxed that don't have natural immunity. And now the numbers reverse as Omicron continues to burn through the much larger vaxed group who thus far have largely avoided getting natural immunity.

Of course, Occam's razor should not be ignored -- that the simplest theory is most often the correct one. The simplest theory would be that the vaccination's are causing complications during infection that make it more likely for you to be hospitalized or die. Complications such as increasing the chance that your body's immune system overreacts to the infection and causes a cytokine storm. Which was theorized and discussed here from a way back even during vax development.
