As I have said, NSCP's(stock price) only shot is a takeover. I think it is still unlikely, and I still have a short position. However, I "doubled" up on my short position at 23 1/2 the other day, and bought back this trade and closed about half my "original" short at 21 1/4 on Friday.

More and more rational thought is replacing the hype and in my view over valuation of NSCP. I now see a trading range of 15-23 short term. If nothing material develops soon on the takeover speculation, and if MSFT announces positive fundamental developments, we could see a purge into the 9-12 range.

With so many players involved with a "potential and speculated" deal with NSCP, it seems to me unlikely, as the complexity of such relationships make it difficult for the players to profit, and receive a justifiable return on their investment.
