That would change the entire game for that market... in a good way, it would instill more confidence in that market for many who now avoid that market like the plague... I generally don't like a lot of regulation since it tends to interfere with the free flow of a market, but it does need some basic regulations or it would be completely out of control, literally... Even the old wild west had some semblance of law and order, otherwise there would be total corruption and gangs would run the place into a hell hole, and that happened anyhow so many times... Most of those gangs and outlaws, many with legendary names today, were ex-confederate soldiers and/or supporters who took it out on the population by robbing banks, stagecoaches, and trains... That's why there were so many outlaws at the time... GZ
