I hadn't heard of the Delphi Technique before, but it sounds like "divide and conquer".

We just instituted "Ranked Choice Voting" here. Same deal. Votes go to the UniParty candidate, by dilution of candidates in the first round and dilution/elimination in the second and dilution/aggregation in the third and higher rounds.

May the best liar, panderer win. I will never put in a second choice to dilute my first. That's their game. Unfortunately, all the people who do that will be diluting my first choice and theirs as well. It's a sneaky trick.

I wonder if it got put in by election fraud? It was not winning when I checked the night after voting, and miraculously the next day it picked up enough to win.
