After reading comment, I went back and took a look at the link that Bill provided in the header. There were 3 videos. The first was a short review of how it changed someone's life, the second was titled a discussion og Galambos and the third was the one you posted - the course introduction.

The video title of the second was a bit misleading but there were more lightbulbs and that is that "Free Markets" are antithetical to Governments because what Government provides, free markets could provide cheaper and more efficiently......
