scratching my head at the market decline on friday. is the reaction to the steep drop in bitcoin. why are stocks like gm and clf being pummeled. i recently look at statistics and new car inventories are about 1/3 of normal. somehow that doesnt seem like an environment where auto stocks should be going down. I am also going to be looking at the homebuilders especially those with land. selling my put on mrna turned out to be terrible timing. I suspect that people trying to get mortgages will continue to get good rates. i think the spread between the 10 year and mortgage rates will continue to drop for good credit risks especially on refinancings.
its a competitive arena and msr value increase as rates go up.
