I need to research rank choice voting. Every once in awhile I'll see a bumper sticker here in the people's republic of Washington supporting rank choice voting. All I know is when I see one, and because they're always looking for ways to cheat, I'm confident the owner of the sticker is a Leftist.

I learned about the Delphi technique in the early days of the Tea Party movement. The person who recruited me to lead a local chapter discussed it at the first meeting I ever attended. Having been active in my community and seeing it being used first hand at several various meetings, but not recognizing what it was or what it meant...........these folks running things are so sneaky............growth management act meetings, city council meetings, neighborhood association meetings............it really caught my interest.

That whole experience taught me how untrustworthy and manipulative bureaucratic "leaders" truly are. Barack Obama's fundamental transformation movement all but destroyed the TP organization, but it didn't dampen the spirit.
