Hawk: You need to look at this conflict from a European perspective. The US has virtually no say in this regardless which idiot is in charge.

As for offering Putin carrots ... You must be mistaking him for a rabbit.

As for the Trump / Putin thing ... Trump would love to be in Putin's "shoes" but I think he is too old and essentially too blatantly self-centered to ever get there.
