Dr. Norman Payson is a top candidate for top job at Oxford. Payson,A medical doctor, ran Healthsource and sold it to Signa for $1.7B. Payson has indicated that he would take the job only if number one position is offered to him. Daniel Crowley, mentioned earlier, is second candidate. The announcement could come as early as middle of next week.

As a reminder of continuing crisis Oxford's computers sent erroneous 1099s to 5000 members.

Overall things look positive to me.
