I disagree! TXB buy all the way!
I am own shares in TXB and I have looked at their SEC filing and press reports and do not find anything to constitute fraud.
In response to TXB's collaboration with LG Chemical in Korea, I don't see any unusual activity at all. LG is a huge conglomerate and a respectable company. Smith Klein is even bigger and more respected.
As to Zona, a close friend who work at the company, tell me that ZONA is a definite buy. Many of the employees are using their compensation to buy more ZONA shares. But since I don't own ZONA, I am not going to take a stand. But Bill, accusing a company of fraud should not be taken so lightly. In a limited sense, a corporation may be defamed by remarks to its financial condition, honesty, integrity, etc. In Texas (Zona's and TXB's primary place of business), general damages are peresumed by law. It follows that you and SI can be liable. Although it is very doubtful Zonagen or Texas Biotech will sue, I recommend wording your opinions carefully.
Sincerely, Jasman |
