Here is more bidder information:

1. WNP Communications ($100 million upfront) - Earlysville, VA - 45% small business bidding credit - bidding eligible all markets - person certifying Form 175 is Thomas H. Jones.

2. Nextband Communications ($50 million upfront) - Washington, DC - no small business bidding credit - bidding eligible all markets - person certifying Form 175 is Dennis Weibling (authorized bidder is Wayne Perry - ex AT&T Wireless guy?).

3. BCK/RIVGAM, LLC ($33 million upfront) - Wilton, CT - 45% small business bidding credit - bidding eligible all markets - person certifying Form 175 is Marie Balitsos (authorized bidder is Mario Gabelli).

4. PCTV Gold, Inc. ($20 million upfront) - Tuscon, AZ - 35% small business bidding credit - bidding selected marktets - person certifying Form 175 is Todd Rowley.

5. Cortelyou Communications Corp. ($20 million upfront) - New York, NY - no small business bidding credit - bidding eligible all markets - person certifying Form 175 is Richard Lubasch.

These are the biggest bidders from what I can tell. Does anyone have any more information? Why did US Wavelink, WebCel and Zip Telecommunications pack up their tents? My recollection is that they were actively involved in the regulatory proceedings leading up to this point.
