Do you have any suggestions on what the shortages may include?

What I would most find worrisome would be lack of perishable fresh food products. Fruit, veggies, bread, meat, eggs, dairy, etc. Canned, frozen and packaged stuff keeps, so it wouldn't hurt to have adequate supplies of these.

I'll be going to my local Safeway later today and I'll take a good note of which shelves are already bare..
