Geogre and all, I saw at SEC filing about the new shares KLOC wants tpo release. I plan to attend the shareholder meeting at the BelAir Summit Hotel in LA on November 21, 1996. SEC document claims new shares may be used as poison pill to prevent takeover. Any comments? Any questions you would like me to ask? Fred
