David,

I also agree with you and exited the company last summer when announcement of the fire came out. I was surprised that the stock didn't fall more precipitously then and then pushed a new high. It basically took 3-4 months to sink in. I thought the drop was overblown and bought in at 24 and sold last week at 27 1/2. I have played the stock over the years for 4-10 point swings having always been impressed with their litigation free implant background.

I asked a plastic surgeon at work about their lipo device, never heard of it. Asked about which implants he uses, McGann(?sp) they were the best. Based on that I always bought the stock since to me he was a contrarian play. The issue I am not sure about is the insurance play. Yes they have insurance, but will it cover 100% or just part of the loss, etc. The report did not say specifically what the dollar recovery was going to be.

Misinex thread would be a place to check out for the lawsuit details and like you I also think they will lose. FWIW.

Aaron
