Russia and Ukraine have been at war for over a thousand years and the border has changed 100 times.

In Kiev you would be lucky to find someone that speaks Ukrainian.

And if they did speak Ukrainian it isn't the Ukrainian from 100 years ago it is more like Russian with a Ukrainian accent.

Having said that Russia is a viscous bully and has caused horrible suffering out of proportion to anything Ukrainians have done.
