Housing and stocks are in a mega-bubble all because of tRump's CRIMINAL FED Powell's QE policies... housing needs to drop 50% and stocks need to drop 70%... I'm hoping for a massive crash but the FED is trying to engineer a gradual decline but is going to be highly disruptive nevertheless...
