Nope, Biden did not apologize at all. Calling Doocy "pal" is almost as insulting as SOB. Doocy probably has to try not to burn any bridges with the Clown-in-Chief. If he didn't accept the "apology," things could get worse for him - it that is possible. Biden is an arrogant worm!
