The DOW is up 24K from the last crash low in 2009. I expect a 30%-50% retrace of
that move, if the Federal Reserve ever stops over-manipulating the market.

If memory serves me, the word trillion was rarely used in market discussion
before 2009. The Federal budget was $2-3T.
