Fraud or Foundations Dershowitz et al compare Trump to Capone which makes sense. Lawyers pursuing criminals are about as American as you can get. This looks like pretty solid evidence of fraud, indeed a pattern of fraud. This all happened while Trump was a citizen, these are local crimes. These are state level, like kiting checks, not federal offenses. A local district attorney pursuing a local fraudulent businessman. I do wonder what the foundation of America is in your mind? I have trouble accepting that a lack of character or conscience is American. These types of local crimes and fraudulent representations are real crimes. Just everyday lowlife crimes, why should anyone let these pass? What is American about that?.
