You need to read and absorb the implications of the litigation news. What I get out of it is that ULGX's product is DEPENDENT on the license from this tiny co that they are in litig with. The Court ruled that ULGX violated terms of the license. Hence ULGX may not be able to use it. If so, then w/o the license, they cannot sell their product. If so, then what does ULGX have to sell? I agree with the potential of the product and the demographics. That is why I was a shareholder. After the news of the litig, it seemed that the "King may not be wearing any clothes". Am I wrong? Mel
