(i) I agree with Pogue that daily D3 is important. There is a considerable depth of agreement amongst knowledgeable sources on that fact. I only take 25 micrograms daily, but that is way above daily recommended dose but way below what Pogue takes and the recommended amount if infection is likely or in process.
(ii) Low stress, good diet, good rest, good exercise. You might time an extremely volatile market to a tee, but if it kills ya, who won? Probably your least favourite relative. Undeservedly.
(iii) Humidity. This is the soft underbelly of the BS machine. Read these posts carefully and thoroughly.

(iv) I take a number of other supplements when things get dicey. Right now one of my near neighbours has a bad case of Covid. I am therefore am also taking Quercetin, Zinc, Luteolin, (basically flowers) besides my daily D3. Not sure if the neighbour was vaccinated or not, my guess is they were.
Up till recently I had a persistent sniffle and runny nose with sneezes. All the LFT's to date have tested negative. Since I took the extra meds, all signs of a cold have gone completely too. A very importantly fact is to keep in mind the real stats. Unless the KGB or the CIA give you a special dose of the bad stuff, ones chances are about one in a thousand of getting a really bad life threatening infection. The meds, whatever preference, can possibly improve those odds.
In real life, those odds need to be kept in perspective otherwise you might die for several other reasons, including just walking down the stairs or crossing the street. Common sense is needed at all times.

You likely cannot even imagine how important humidity is indoors. I routinely air out my apartment as all sorts of crapola accumulates. Those droplets you talk about evaporate. Surface tension has a big role to play, and the interactions are complex. However, the very clear evidence is you need to be 60/40 indoors. Watch the presentation several times over a period of days or weeks to allow it to sink in.
Here is the Covid situation to date. This attack, for that it what it is, was a major offensive by TPTB on humanity. Pretty much like Adolf Hitler’s operation Barbarossa, only on a bigger scale. Huge resources committed, and the big guns and the battle tanks are the media in all it's forms. The real science are rifles, machine guns, grenades and rocket launchers that are commonplace today. It's that not many people seem to be trained in their use.
Right now it is like the Kharkov Offensive. Stalingrad is already done. The TPTB are sending in their most up to date fearsome tanks (the media in all it forms) on it next big offensive, but just like the case in history, the tanks have been shipped without machine guns as they don't exist. The civilian population are mainly untrained in the used of real science weaponry, but when they pick up some basics, the enemy will get pulverised and slaughtered. Everywhere.
The legal profession, and the law evolved from chaos. It is in everyone’s benefit that it works best as possible without corruption. If the big boys and girls thing they can circumvent it, hey may do so in the short term, but like everything bad in this world, it will come back to bite them.
When the first few legal suits get processed, there will be a flood of cases big enough to float Noah's Arc, one of my favs is the Armenian variety.

Quality hospitals and medical facilities will be looking at, and controlling humidity really carefully, I am willing to wager a pile of money on it. Those who are uneducated on the matter will realise this sooner or later.
That fact that the government, the media, and the "Covid Promoters" have not mentioned Humidity ever to date is laughable. It's just one of those computer war games now.
