I was wondering if the decision against monoclonal antibodies wasn’t to some extent politically driven - due to vocal complaints from DeSantis. Do they have studies of some sort, or was it based on - like Fauci says, anecdotal - opinions from some “experts”?

Last I saw, they had studies that vaccines make the disease milder. But if so, why aren’t antibodies doing the same? They’ll have some splainin’ to do.
