Will depend on their next report and what they include as one time charges. I would only own the preferred as the value is in their real estate holdings. All their properties have significant gains but some may/could have individual mortgages on them. However, the preferreds are superior to the common.

It is encouraging that these Hedge Funds are buying the common shares. Maybe bottom is in especially if we are watching the virus in the rear view mirror.

Disclosure: I own both SOHON and SOHOB but I am in these at much lower prices. Div still in the rears w/ 5 payments due.
