I'd guess he wants to give the darn-Dems their best chance to appoint another libtard to the Supreme Court. Maybe not. Breyer said at the end of his term. Not early. CNN said Breyer would remain on the nation’s highest court until the end of its current term and — if necessary — until “a replacement is confirmed.” NBC’s Pete Williams, however, reported that Breyer would retire at the end of the court’s current term — not immediately and not when a successor is nominated. The court’s 2021 term began on Oct. 4, 2021 and wraps up on Oct. 2, 2022. Plenty of time to delay the vote until it can be killed with a Republican Senate...except that Romney, Murkowsk, Collins, Lindsey Graham and other snot nosed RINO's will guarantee. If it's Stacy Abrams, either Obama, or Hillary, they must stop the nominee.
