Execs do need to sell occasionally otherwise what is the point????

Stephen: Calm down. Is this a disaster I don't know it depends some on how many shares these execs own,if they own a lot and selling a few shares relative to their holdings then it's no big deal.On the other hand if they are dumping a majority or all of their shares then we have to worry. I mean they do need to sell from time to time don't they,otherwise what is the point and besides each year they get to exercise options on more shares.I bet you these guys have millions of shares in their portfolio,jeeezzzzz.

As for CPQ execs selling: one guys has filed to sell 65k shares big deal, i am sure he has heck of a lot more left.

We will have to see how the market reacts, and i am not going to be worried because some guys are selling a minor % of their holdings.But if they are selling millions of shares,I worry.If the stocks of CPQ,INTC and Intc go down considerably,may be we ought to think about getting a few more.
