Indeed, I loved my career, especially as a silviculturist in Oregon. Spend all day walking in the woods! Who can top that?

Quite honestly, I do not think I would like to go back to full time in the FS. Too much political correctness and they forgot the old rule about putting fires out by 10 am the day after ignition. Now they wait for air tankers.
