I agree 100% with you it is a typical Barron's hatchet job. Its meant to collapse the stock on the open on Monday. The fact that Barron's titled the article "Hey, Kids, How About A Car That Runs on Water? Another Black Box" says it all. Andy Zipser is an ass!

I think the controversy is that a mechanical engineering solution has been found rather than an electronic engineering solution and this is what has all the engineers at the big three all upset and dubious. Mechanical Engineering doesn't get the respect it deserves and there is a bias against it.

Before electronic fuel injection and the newer direct injection fuel injection was a complicated mechanical engineering task that required frequent maintenance. Once electronics were used to solve this problem and others like it mechanical engineering was put in second place. Just my 2 cents. I have a large position in BAAT.
