Off the top of my head, I seem to recall Feb. 20, but I'm not sure. I think I also read that the proxies were supposed to be mailed out Feb. 2, but I don't know if that means FROM brokerages or TO brokerages. We should see something soon--and I think it will be a thick document. Now I'm off to check out their web site.
