<Judged SOLELY on the basis of the last year’s efficacy data, the mRNA vaccines are a failed product and should be withdrawn. Any future mRNA vaccines - against the Omicron variant or any other target- need to be tested for safety and efficacy in large-scale clinical for YEARS. Not months, years. This kind of billion-person experiment must never happen again.> This kind of billion-person experiment was only done because multi-billion were exposed. This analysis does not work in isolation. Should compare with weakened virus vaccines such as the Chinese and Russian ones. Also against Johnson and Johnson's vaccine which is between weakened and mRNA vaccines. So far Jannssen is not doing any better. don't know much about Sinovac as data is available to the Chinese and not anywhere else in large data sets. But that is a billion or so people too. And third dose was being used for Sinovac too. We should be curious what that experiment yielded. Neither the US media or the conspiracy theorists are thirsty for that knowledge. -Arun
