Greg:

Your questions are very valid......and the answers are critical to the very survival of South Pacific Resources.

I am extremely concerned at this point as to whether SHF can survive the next 6 months.$2.5 million will not buy any exploration of our current holdings...and except for the one joint venture (which is not all exclusive to the Indo holdings) I think we are looking at the possibility of potential insolvency.

Our only hope is time.....and money. The problem is there is lots of time and too little money.I am of the belief that this company has no other choice than to "hibernate" and hope that Gold and more importantly Gold Exploration can recover.

One thing is for certain there will be hundreds of Junior Mining companies going belly up shortly...I only hope SHF is isn't one of them.

I must confess that over the past few months I have been gradually selling out of SHF and reinvesting in Canarc (CCM-T) and Indomin (IRL-V).Both companies have cash cows and are well diversified. But their share value has dropped as significantly as South Pacific.

Its a real nightmare situation now...but I can only hope things will improve...if not sooner than later.

Does anyone else have any other insight as to what may lay ahead of us?

Regards:

Ron
