Had been expecting a decline to the 7300 level
which was obviously wrong. Have discovered a flaw in my
reasoning- cash markets provide a more accurate way of
charting. Looks like a decline to the 6500 level is
possible by the end of March. We could see some fireworks on
Feb. 26, and/or March 12. Something large is developing,
don't know what it is yet.
