Sequential Quarterly Revenue Growth Update

Quarter Date Revenues Net Rev % of Growth

1st 12/31/97 $5,478,063 $341,630 N/A
2nd 03/31/97 $6,274,218 $255,422* 14.5%
3rd 06/30/97 $7,825,000 $544,000 25.0%
4th 09/30/97 $9,419,000 $224,000** 20.4%

Lets assume that sequential revenue growth is tracking the average
of 19.96%. Other temporary staffing companies are still reporting
stellar growth in their 4th quarter ending December '97. SOLP could
report revenues as high as $11,299,032 for the first quarter.

Again, I realize that this method of projecting revenues is not
commonly accepted but it is interesting.

* Net income decrease was result of higher taxes and new division
start up costs incurred during the 2nd quarter.

** Net income affected by $200,000 receivable write-off, a $50,000
charge associated with the new staffing lines and increased income
tax expense.

Regards,

Tom
