You mean the EU is doing a lot better than US stocks? Remember, I told you that VWIGX was double my PRITX which are both international funds. They are both down a lot, but particularly the vanguard fund I was so pleased with. Maybe too many Chinese stocks? It seems to me that the strategy I fall into is essentially utilizing regression to the mean. And my comment to you that what seemed to have worked was following someone I respected, getting LUCKY, and then just being conservative enough not to lose it all on another big gamble. I keep making small gambles looking for another hero, but doubt whether I'll live long enough for them to lead to any more outsized rewards. Collected most of the premium on the PRTA $510,s I sold, but then made what looks like a foolish sale of PRTA $400 puts for $37 about 6 months out. Very dangerous and probably more stupid than the call sale. If the call had been exercised, I would be quite a bit better off today, but am a little bit better off anyway from the premium collected. Followed you into ORAN and also bought OPRA on Norwegian hopes. I might fall in love with OPRA, but will probably leave ORAN after their big dividend coming up soon I think.
