This subject is very complex and a thorough knowledge of TRUE history is needed definitely not for SI

In general history was written by the winners not the losers so reconstructing what you ask is a very difficult task by itself.

To be more practical the fact is that humans grab by power whatever land they could claiming their rights on it as evidence is the rise and fall of Empires.

N.America - stolen land by European and Asian immigrants from migrants from Siberia

Israel - stolen land first partly by the Hebrews from Egypt, then by Romans, then Arabs, then partly people of Jewish heritage - a classic no man land
Tibet as far as I know a nation by itself with its own heritage not belonging to China

Xinjiang same as Tibet not belonging to China

Ukraine a state brought into existence by various semi nomad tribes, Slavic tribes and runover by many other groups of people, conquered and released by various monarchs until Khemliztky treaty with Russia
