To all posters: it is unfortunate that we resort to name calling, etc... on some of these threads. It would be great if we could stick to facts or present good ideas and thoughts. I have been long KRY since the beginning, although I reduced my position after the 1 day drop a few months ago when the last court ruling came out and PDG manipulated the information. The >$20,000 one day drop in my paper value was getting tough to stomach. The bottom line is we still do not know FOR SURE what the outcome is going to be. If we had to bet on the OJ Simpson ruling, would we have won or lost? I still think he is guilty, we KNOW he is guilty... but what did the courts decide?

Perhaps it would be prudent to put in a 'stop loss' at $7.00 to preserve our capital in the event of a sudden drop. If we continue to gain ground, then the spread between the stop loss and the current trading price would ensure that we do not get 'taken out' prematurely. And in the event of a drop, at least we won't be hanging on to a stock heading lower.
