04:13 PM EST, 01/31/2022 (MT Newswires) -- Cirrus Logic(CRUS) reported late Monday fiscal Q3 adjusted earnings of $2.54, up from $2.13 a year earlier.

Analysts polled by Capital IQ projected $2.14.

Revenue was $548.3 million for the quarter ended Dec. 25, up from $485.8 million a year earlier. Analysts surveyed by Capital IQ forecast $509.3 million.

The semiconductor company said it anticipates fiscal Q4 revenue in the range of $400 million to $440 million. Analysts polled by Capital IQ are looking for $353.2 million.

The company's shares jumped more than 8% in recent Monday after-hours activity.
