Maurice, I used to think your Tradable Citizenship idea had merit. But the Open Society folks seem to be winning, at least in the EU and USA. No borders means no citizenship necessary. No citizenship necessary mean Tradable Citizenship loses its value. Texas border crossers with no papers can now vote in NYC elections. We are just going to be one big happy family...until we reach a critical mass.
