I imagine the swamp as a giant turd in the sun. The turd is the government's almost unimaginable pool of money, the flies are the government, corporate, institutional and wealthy feasting on the turd. In order to attack the swamp we need to Defund this enormous pool of money and outlaw non-people from funding the factions,
