"People often say they will DCA in over time but they don't have a method or system for doing that, they often times procrastinate out of fear or uncertainty."

Choose a dollar amount and do that much each month until the cash runs out. (Make sure the dollar amount exceeds the dividend income or it will take a LONG time for the cash to run out!)
