Is that the standard now for "peaceful protesting"? A 15 minute time limit?

What happens when you exceed that? Will every minute over the limit subtract from how "peaceful" the protest is?

"OK buddy, you've been protesting for 22 minutes now, which is 7 minutes over the limit. You are now just a 93% peaceful protest, which means you are on the same level of 'peacefulness' as BLM. Stay any longer, and you will be worse."
