How about we adopt the "KISS" principle? "Keep it Simple, Stupid" and just adopt a balanced budget? We have one in my state as well as a couple others, and we have almost a 2 billion surplus. Thinking of cutting taxes AGAIN and maybe even property taxes. We have efficient, fully operational police departments, low unemployment, and safe, fecal free streets.
