Estonia is a tiny country across the water from Finland. Their languages have a lot of similarities. They are peaceful people, they love their country, their fishing and their wives, not necessarily in this order. From what I understand, their “eEstonia” system is transparent and practical. Makes running the government more efficient and a lot cheaper.
