Howard, I'm sorry if you thought I was being sarcastic to Jin. Trust me, I should know -- I was quite sarcastic to him once here.

Knowing Jin, I don't think he took it that way. I honestly thought that was an important piece of information, as you just observed.

Ira has stated:

A) He wouldn't buy Myriad without an audit.

B) The Myriad purchase is a "done deal."

C) That audited financials show $1.8 million in earnings for Myriad.

Also:
D) The cost of the deal was laid out here in great detail.

And now we hear that:

E) The audit is being done on both Myriad and FAMH at the same time? The Myraid audit apparently ISN'T done? And the arrival of the financials seems to have been pushed back to "sooner or later."

Not sure what just happened to the nearly $2 million in earnings, or to the "done deal."
