Montgomery Capital Management SEC filing 13G . . . they filed on Thursday that they own 2.2MM shares or 9% of the stock of the company. Is this old news? It was an amendment to the regular 13G. I was just wondering. It's entirely possible that this didn't show up until Friday after the sell-off. But I'm just curious if this is old news and the market already knew this. Seems like there's a few people with significant stakes in this company. Intel owns 9% Montgomery owns 9% Capital Services owns 7%. Would appreciate any feedback. TIA.
