Doc,

I've been pondering the idea for a while now. However, fully realizing that representatives on the hill are loath to interfere with SEC investigations, I have held back. I had spoken with a legislative assistant from a SC congressman's office last summer about what was going on and that is what he basically told me.

However, that being said, I sure think that either the investigation should either be over or charges pressed by this time. It has almost been a full year since they slammed us all over the head with their investigative hammer. I've had no choice but to be patient, but I would sure like to see some action. And since bringing down political heat on the powers that be may cause them to dig in their heels, it is not an action that I will take lightly.

As for pictures of the processor, nothing much has changed from the picture available on the website. The only major changes would be most visible in the "detonation arresters" (those two black "thingies" that come from the condensor to the overflow tank.) Apparently they have been adjusted to prevent condensation of light end gasses in the fume blower before being fed into the Thermal Oxidizer. At least that is how I recall the explanation.

Regards,

Ron
