Mr. Pearson: I'm not sure I understand the thrust of your response to my post. However, I can answer your query of me. I expect the company to share MATERIAL information/developments which have a material impact on the company and its prospects in a TIMELY manner with ALL investors and the public. We should all be playing on a level field. In fact, I believe this is the law.

As to the J/L technology I never suggested "appropriating" it without fair compensation. If the technology is patentable, then the deal the company made may well be a good one. If the technology is not patentable (public domain), I disagreed with Kurt (his assertion being the company should never have paid a dime and entered into the agreement) in that I felt the price which the company paid was probably still a good deal because of the positive effect it seems to have on assay results (although I would now add if it is not patentable, we may have paid enough). Patentable or not I think the process has helped the company. Time will tell.

Once again, I am encouraged by the quality of the last release.
