The CC and release state that the R&D will bring it down by the 10 to 15 cent per share. The amount is high as they state they will widen the gap between themselves and competition and maintain their dominance in the DUV field.

Not that I am hurt or offended <G> but I have posted this several times and I believe I am accurately paraphrasing the the company statements.
